30-Day Ritual Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all Sauna Hat Club products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
- Any items showing signs of wear, sweat, or damage cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@saunahatclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different color or size, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@saunahatclub.com with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
