Gently hand wash only in cool water with a mild wool-safe detergent. Do not machine wash, wring, or tumble dry. Gently press out excess water, reshape over your head or while flat, and allow to air dry naturally away from direct heaters. The dense 4.2mm wool felt maintains its structure beautifully with proper care.
After each session, hang your hat using the built-in loop in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid placing it on direct heat sources or in direct sunlight. When storing for extended periods, ensure it is completely dry and store flat in a breathable cotton or canvas bag.
Wool fibers naturally breathe and resist odor, meaning washing is only needed occasionally. If minor surface pilling occurs over extended use, gently trim fibers with small scissors. Never use bleach or fabric softeners.
